We collect date via email and our contact form. This data may include ypur name, email address, telephone number, shipping address and additional details dependent upon your order. All data is protected by password and only accessible by staff who are required to use it for purposes of design and account management.

How we use your data & how we share it with partners

Your data is used to create and deliver your order. Depending on the product ordered, data that is relevant may be shared with our print partners. These print partners have up to date privacy policies that adhere to the GDPR.

We may use your completed product to showcase online on our website and social media.. We will not include provate data sych as addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers in these images. Finished products may be used in sample packs.

How long do we hold your data for?

.We keep your data for as long as required to fulfill your order. The exception to this is if you have signed up to our mailing list, in which case we will retain your details until such time as you unsubscribe. Digital print files are kept for one year before being archived.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it periodically. Changed will take effect immediately upon their posting to this website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
